Eligibility

To receive services through this Fatherhood Partnership program, fathers must answer “yes” to at least one of the following questions:

 

• Are you single, or unmarried?
• Are you living with the mother of your children?
• Are you a teenager?
• Are you a new parent, or expecting a child?
• Are you the parent of a child with disabilities?

 

Eligible fathers may reside in cities of Milwaukee, Racine, or Kenosha.

 

All services through this Fatherhood Partnership program are available free of charge to anyone who is eligible to participate. Rosalie Manor Community & Family Services encourages interested individuals to enroll, and welcomes organizations to refer any eligible fathers for the program.
