The Fatherhood Partnership offers a range of father-focused services through the Responsible Fatherhood demonstration grant, including:

- Parenting Skills
- Child Support Payment Assistance
- Pre-Employment Skills Workshops
- Employment Program Coordination
- Domestic Violence Consultation
Rosalie Manor Community & Family Services, St. Charles Youth & Family Services, New Concept Self Development Center, and Children’s Service Society of Wisconsin provide these services directly across Southeastern Wisconsin. The goal of the Fatherhood Partnership’s program is to help fathers become more involved with their children and support their positive development.
